The Foundation Series represents Barrell Craft Spirits’ first collection of non-cask strength bourbons. We applied the same meticulous, scientific approach to blending that we put behind all of our products to these 100-proof releases. Our goal was to create versatile, easy-drinking, full-flavored bourbons perfect for enjoying neat or over ice. They're also a natural choice for cocktails that benefit from a slightly lower proof.

Foundation Single Barrel exemplifies our mastery in creating meticulously crafted micro-blends of straight bourbon. Each bottle captures a distinct moment in time, where the unique qualities of two carefully chosen barrels harmonize, complementing one another in perfect balance. This exceptional blend was entered into a barrel and underwent additional maturation in our historic Kentucky rickhouse, further enhancing its depth and character.
