Foundation Single Barrel exemplifies our mastery in creating meticulously crafted micro-blends. These barrels are artfully blended and married in a final barrel, then returned to our historic Kentucky rickhouse for additional maturation. There, the barrel’s precise placement within the rickhouse, and extended time shapes its distinctive character, delivering a unique flavor profile to each barrel.

• All Foundation Single Barrels are aged a minimum of 5 years

• Each barrel is cut to around 102-104 proof, then entered back into the bourbon barrel, and put back in the rickhouse until selection and bottling.

• Sample proof and bottling proof will vary, as well as final yield due to the rickhouse location and extra maturation time
